principal chong...i agree with u...u said that the children must 吃苦..but, principal chong u use shang shi jiao yu as the teaching method, however u also didnt punish the student who did wrong...then how they 吃苦??this is my opinion only...
谢谢您提出的意见。惩罚并非一定要用体罚，让学生屈服在鞭子之下，那只是治标不治本。赏识教育的惩罚是让孩子正面去面对自己的问题，要他们为自己的犯错负责，是唤醒学生的好孩子，让他们有反省的能力，是真正的觉得自己不对。对于给孩子吃苦，我觉得孩子做得到的事，家长放手让他们去做，虽然做得不好，那也是他们学习的机会。
